I know the dreaded place, but this is a company I think, I just bought one anyway without the bidding or anything I just emailed the person and bought it for $100 shipped. Best deal I could find on them. No idea how many they have or anything. I hope you don't get offended by the place, but I got an 800.com wega and needed a home for it...thought I'd share it with you guys...and no I have no idea who this person is or anything.

smitjere, first of all thanks for the deal. I think when I got my Wega this summer they wanted like 200 bucks for that thing so it sounds like a hot deal to me. Second of all, don't apologize to anyone on this board for something that might not possibly fall into the scope of what some arrogant anandtechie deems as a "hot deal". You can post whatever you like, without apology. It kills me how some of the smug rhetoric actually intimidates people into thinking the "veteran's" of this board have some exclusive right to judge what truly is a hot deal and what's not. This is a pretty good deals. The only set back is that it only has two shelf. Do Sony make these Tv Stand w/ three shelf(I like 4, but that would be pushing it.

Do you think that I can put a receiver in the bottom of this shelf, then have both my dvd player vcr player on top of each other in the second shelf? Will it fit everything(Receiver, dvd player, vcr)?

Remember, these are stands for the older Wega, not the ones that were part of the 800.com deal. (hence the stands being black, not silver)

I believe you might be able to put components side to side, so you can have up to 4. I know some VCR's are a little narrow than others.

BTW, how would a 36" stand look with a 32" Wega? I figure it will provide more space. Its only 4" difference.
