350W Fortron enough for this system?

After noticing some scarily fluctuating voltages being reported by the AsusProbe monitor (over 13V where I should have 12V, and my Vcore being over half a Volt high) on my terrible 420W Okia, I really think I need a new, good, PSU. However, those are expensive, but I've found a few that are reasonably affordable and are from fairly reputable manufacturers (I've done my homework). Most of the power supply calculators I've checked out say that 350W should be enough for my computer, but I'd like some opinions from real people.

My system is in my sig. I plan to overclock the CPU to around 2,450MHz if it'll stay stable, and flash my video card to XT and overclock that once I get some better cooling for it. Throwing in a few 120mm fans, would one of these powersupplies be enough?

Fortron FSP/SPI FSP350-60PN 350W (first choice to throw in the 3000B I want to get)

Fortron FSP/SPI ATX350GU 350W
(budget choice for the case I want)

Antec Smartpower SL350 (if I get a 3700AMB)

Thanks in advance.

Go for the Antec every time. I won't use anything else personally. the 350W will easily handle that system.

SmartPower are junk. Mean Time Before Failure is 50k versus 100k industry standard like Fortron and Seasonic. Note Antec's pricier TruePower brand line also falls short with only 80k.

I used to use a 350W Fortron for an XP at 2800 MHz (2.1 vcore, watercooled) with a volt modded 9800 pro. Those are solid power supplies.

Edit: Get the FSP350-60PN

Those ratings mean nothing in the real world. Antec make quality PSU's and everybody knows that.

Ford could say an Escort will run for 500,000 miles before the engine blows, where a Mercedes is only rated at 300,000 miles. Does that mean an Escord is better than a Merc? I think not...

Everybody knows Antec doesn't make anything. They are just a marketing company.

Channel Well makes OK PSUs (they make most of the Antecs, XClios, etc.).. They can be reliable, but they are definitely nothing fancy. There are PSUs out there that run cooler, more efficient, and quieter.

The Fortron PSU is nice..really stable and really quiet. Antec makes a nice PSU too, but it's probably a bit pricier?

In my house my family has 6 late model computers. Two have Fortrons, one with a Sparkle and one with an Enermax. The last generation we had two Antec 430s. The Antecs lasted about a year. For me Antec never again. Before the Antecs we used Enermax without problems. Buy the best PS you can afford. Many of us remember when a 300 watt PS was enough to power everything. Now everyone has a mini space heater under their desks. Always look several generations into the future. You will need more power and that's a fact. A good PS will last you many years whereas your CPU will probably change in less than two as well as your VC.
