model KV-36FS13 can be found on pricegrabber shipped to me in socal for about $1250, so this is a nice deal shipped and with tax, but not overwhelmingly smokin. I found this TV no problem on goodguys.com pg 4 of the tube TV's section and it was $1299
the more expensive wega has 2 tuners for true picture in picture, outside of that i dont see much difference in them.

Anyway, ive got a basic 32" tv now, so i may be able to hold off on this deal, but its tough. Ive stopped and drooled over these bad boy wegas at stores before and been asked to leave so they can mop the place up.

I LOVE my Wega.

It looks a lot bigger in my living room than it looks in the store next to all those projection monsters. This is a pretty good deal and I'd highly recommend this tv to anyone looking for a Tube model that cares nothign about HDTV. I got mine (the model with PIP) with the tech craft custom stand and some speaker stands and some monster cable component video cables for 1150 total. It's great having a roomate that works at Circuit City, bad on the pocket book tho.
