This is 720p, not 1080p and the overall consensus is that the Vizio is inferior to the Westinghouse.

The Westinghouse LVM-37W3 is a superior product. If it had a tuner, it would be a different story.

Most likely, this will be shipped via a freight company. Plan to be at home when they deliver as they ,might charge extra for a re-delivery or require you to pick it up (bad idea with a two-door car. ). Most likely, they will also NOT help you bring it into the door.

Vizio is Samsung's off-brand.

The TV looks awesome and the QAM tuner works great. I'd definitely recommend it.

Is it in stock? It says "Call Us" and "be one of the first to receive this product when it arrives".

They come and go very frequently, even in the same day.

I read it in one of my trade magazines recently. However, I cannot find any information on the 'Net to back that up (contrary statements, in fact), so I'll retract my statement. Perhaps the person who wrote the review/article (I can't remember it at the moment) mis-stated and meant that they used Samsung's technology or something. Then again, they may know something we don't.
