3700x+470x + 3200Cl14 or 3200CL16

I'm in the market for a 3700x with X470 and I cannot decide yet what memory to buy;

3200CL16 Options:
Corsair Vengeance LPX CMK16GX4M2B3200C16
Crucial Ballistix Sport LT BLS2K8G4D32AESBK
G.Skill Ripjaws V F4-3200C16D-16GVKB

3200CL14 Options:
G.Skill Flare X F4-3200C14D-16GFX (I did read that this one may have some issues with Ryzen?)
G.Skill Ripjaws V F4-3200C14D-16GVK

What are the opinions here as the 3200Cl14 are almost 80% or more expensive than the 3200CL16 ones. I'm reading different opinions about it as one say it's not worth the extra $$$ for what you get in return as it's very minor performance upgrade, while the other says it does really help. If you have a better solution let's hear it!

Running Ripjaws V 3200Mhz (4x16) 64gb at 3200Mhz fine with bios F31. Using a Aorus gaming 7 wifi motherboard x470.

get this set and run it at cl14 with small bump in volts. if it doenst work well for you ill buy it off you. I have one set so far and trying to resist buying a second set. (dreaming of ddr5)

Edit.. i didnt realize you wanted only 16gb. this is 2x16gb @ cl14@3200hz should be the sweet spot. 135$ with coupon at times. not sure what price they are today.
