390x funky startup screen

So I got a 390x a couple weeks ago and now when my computer first boots this weird screen pops up. It's the first thing to show; even before the motherboard info screen. The computer boots up fine other than that. I haven't noticed any issues when playing games or using the computer. Should I trying reinstalling drivers or the card? Should I return it?

Would keep an eye on it. If you have a sudden urge to change your user name to Neo, definitely RMA the card.

It's the first thing to show; even before the motherboard info screen.

I would say it's the monitor power adapter or possibly a monitor issue. Also check the monitor cable and power leads to the GPU and at the PSU if you are using modular cables.

It's Mechanical NOT your Windows OS Drivers.

If this is on boot up, then OS or drivers are NOT the cause, they haven't even loaded yet.
Could be a mobo BIOS issue, or the GPU's BIOS issue.
What PSU do you have?
Do you got another machine you can test the GPU on?
If not, try a different slot for the GPU for testing, see if it still does it.

Normally, when you see artifacts, that is an issue with the GPU and or motherboard or PSU.
