Maybe someone can help me out here. On my recommendation, my brother purchased this modem from amazon.com yesterday (4/10/02) figuring it would be $69.99 - $5 off $35 coupon - $20 rebate + $8 shipping = $53 shipped A/R. Well I printed out the rebate the next morning and realized that the rebate form is only good through March 30, 2002! They should not have had the product advertised for $49.99 after rebate if the rebate had expired!! I immediately went to the order status and it showed that the order was already in processing and couldn't be cancelled (I was going to have my brother order it from computers4sure.com for $49.99 after $40 rebate and free shipping). I tried forEVER to find a stinking phone number to talk to somebody at amazon.com but to NO AVAIL! It's ridiculous how difficult it is to get someone on the phone nowadays. So can someone help me out by findind a phone number for amazon.com customer service? Or possibly find a revised rebate form for amazon.com that shows the rebate is good through the end of this month or something? anything? Thanks
