Howdy...longtime lurker...first time poster.

I just got off the phone with HSN after receiving the email cancellation. They profusely apologized for the inconvenience...BUT...they did say that my order would be filled and should ship around the 20th of this month. They informed me to watch for additional emails.

I ordered one blue maglite.

Give 'em a call...might be worth it.

I called, they were aware of the "Coupon Issue" the lady said no go on getting the flashlight. I argued, nicely, and tried to find it on the website, but no luck.

I just happened to be online when the post was made, but they cancelled mine too. I had even received a confirmation email stating my order was placed and when it would ship.

This is not good business.

Me too, I was on this deal like stink on @#$%!, and quick.
I sent them a email that i did not feel they were right by cancelling this order and promptly filed a complaint with the BBB. I normally wouldnt bother complaining but they kind of pissed me off by sending me a 2nd email saying if the cancellation was an error to call em,

If you're a Time Warner customer, check this month's cable bill. Included inside was this HSN coupon for $15 off a first time purchase -- at least, it was for me.

Here's the legalese from the original coupon:
