wtf. why is the flash sale not showing up in my main steam page? i see the sale when i go to 3dmark page.

is there a page i have to go to see all the flash sales? there must be more flash sales i missed because steam is not displaying them all.

I am in the EU (Sicily Italy atm) and got it. But am from the States. Sometimes my steam shows Euro, sometimes dollars. No idea why.
