I'll be bringing my one and only rig: XP1700+ and my 5port Hub.

If you guys have any DVDs you want to watch in the evening I do have a DVD player(that works, when it wants to) in the puppy, but only a 17inch monitor .

As RaySun2Be and Mr.Fluffy well know, I was voted "Most Likely To Fall Off The Map!" when I played Q3 at their LAN party in Ohio last year.

EDIT: I PM'd viztech a while back and he said he'd be checking to see if he could attend. As for Kilowatt and CLL Sr.... well, I think they're both afraid to show up because of Wolfie's awesome racing skills.

Hey you guys, how about playin some Tony Hawks 3? I just got it at the weekend and it's great for playin online, so i reckon it's absolutely brilliant on a LAN, up to 8 players at a time, doing Capture The Flag, Grafitti (highest points for trick marks that bit your colour, most wins), Trick Attack (get the highest total points over x minutes). As well as the old favourites such as CS, UT, Q3, and also MOH:AA is cool as well

Not that i can make it (unless any of you wanna hook me up with a flight from England to Fargo ), have a great time!

/me thinks about organising a UK lan sometime in summer....

What do you think of the new track in Texas? What speeds do you think they can make this weekend? I heard that they where getting practice speeds with fill setup faster then Jr's record. It will be a great race. It would be great to race you and CLL at the lan party. I hope you all can make it.

CllSr can't make it but Kilowatt and I are still discussing it. About 475 miles from Des Moines and that means closing up his shop pretty early on Friday, being closed on Saturday and leaving by noon on Sunday. For us self-employed types that gets to be a big deal.

I'm still mulling it all over on this end.

I have a bunch of people along the route to see including my sister, a long-lost buddy, uncle, cousins, former pastor and his family, so we won't be ay a loss for any side trips. I figure that I need to make 4 days out of it.

On the down-side, we are having some major work done to the house, so I had better make sure all is in order on the home front before T47 and I dare leave.
