Wellcky - Stargazer & I drove through Iowa yesterday. Got to see all the media truck surrounding the courthouse in Cedar Rapids and couldn't figure out why until we saw the news that night on CNN. Hope they tatoo a smily face on that punks butt and throw him in a cell and forget where they put the key! :| Also tried to call you once we hit the Twin Cities.

If I would have had more time and some good directions I would have loved to have stopped and personally invited Kilowatt and the rest of the clan from Iowa to the get together. Also wanted to drop in to see Networkman on the way through and drive across the Macinaw bridge. Time did not permit this how ever. Something about getting Stargazer back in time for Mother's Day. I know I've made his mother very happy!

I did find time this morning to check out the meeting room and the motel. The meeting room is HUGE! Our only problem is going to be finding enough power outlets on seperate circuits. I'll be calling the hotel manager on Monday to see if we can work it out.

P.S. Don't forget to camp out in front of your favorite theater on Wednesday night / Thursday morning so you can see Star Wars Episode II - Attack Of The Clones.

Well &szlig;G&oslash;d, I hope to find myself on vacation this summer for a while.. am looking forward to driving around in Iowa to visit some folks there and also getting down to Ohio to visit a bunch there too.

So I will be around to see some people.. even if it isn't for gaming per se.

Have fun all of you. I am sorry I can't make it. I really wanted too. But I didn't know my father and sister where planing on taking a trip on the same weekend. I get the house to myself. But, with animals it's hard to have any fun. Plus I got to work at the golf course. It's that time of the year again. :/

Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones was all I could think about yesterday. While it was very good, there were some critical things in the book that were left out of the movie. I'm sure they'll wind up as deleted sceens on the DVD once it's released.

Now I've got the LAN party on the brain. I'll be shutting down my two machines in a few minutes here and driving to Fargo. Damn, this is going to be fun!
