I picked up the last two packs at the Cerritos, CA Staples. IMO this is a very good price, although I have no experience with Jet Print photo paper. From what I've read however, I'm very optimistic that this is good paper (whether it works well with a particular inkjet printer is a whole other ball of wax).
I bought a pack of the IBM glossy photo paper on clearance at Staples.com, 25 sheets for $3, which is relatively cheap IMO. I only printed one sheet with it, but I was very disappointed. It's hard to say what the print image quality is like because I didn't scan the images. However, the paper did not at all hold up well to the ink, and clearly had some warping due to moisture. Although it's glossy paper, it's actually nearly a matte finish (maybe half and half). Personally, I actually prefer matte. Since the problem was a moisture warping problem, I could not recommend the IBM paper for any printer models (assuming all inkjets saturate their paper to some extent).
Finally, some people have reported the Jet Print premium photo paper on clearance at their local Staples (various packs) but I haven't seen it yet at 2 locations.
Also, if you like HP photo paper, OfficeMax B&M is advertising 2 of the 60-pack premium 4"x6" for $19.99 (buy 1 get 1 free). This is not the premium plus paper. I did get Staples to pricematch the identical product. Half off is still not as cheap as some of the clearance deals out there, but a competitive price on HP photo paper that rarely goes on sale. YMMV as there is some variety in weekly circulars by region.
