4 dead pixels, 1 stuck green pixel on my PSP

5 dead pixels on a screen this size? That's ridiculous and now I'm going to have to deal with the hassle of returning it to ebgames who has no more units in stock....garbage.....

No doubt.....eb games has no more in stock and their return policy is that I can only exchange it if defective...who knows if they'll even consider it defective....they'll probably say I'm paranoid but all 5 pixesl are in the bottom left of the screen around the border and just pissing me off.....I'd rather pay $300 and get a no-dead pixel screen then $250 wasted on garbage

I bought a Playstation the day it came out and it worked perfectly for years.

I bought a Playstation 2 the day it came out and it worked perfectly for years.

My first DVD player (Panasonic DVD-A110) died on me after 18 months. My Panasonic cordless phone died on me after 18 months. Did Panasonic do anything about it? No. Was it there fault that the products died after the warranty period? No.

Electronics don't last forever anymore.

i have no complaints about their tv's, my last two have been sony's

you have had some great luck with your consoles..there are many others who havent been as fortunate.
