I took advantage of this deal so I must say thanks. Here's what I know atm. I had 2 club cards and have used them at 3 different safeway stores. I'm figuring that the statistic information isn't shared between stores. I also signed up for a new club card which only takes a few minutes. what is nice for me is that safeway is open 24 hours in my area so there is 3 different shifts running. I'm gonna hit them up a little more.

I went to a safeway store and tried to use a club card that I had used at another store yesterday and the discount wouldn't come off the transaction. I figure that the stores upload all their information to a main server and it kills the discount for usage at all stores after the info upload. If you already did this deal then just sign up for a new card to do it again

Worked for me at Dominik's. 4 Ragu=$4, 2 Skippy=$3. Check the link adrianwalters posted to confirm your store.

Note that according to the ad, limit one per "household" (determined by Safeway card I assume).

I have a keychain full of those little cards... Every time I go to some of those stores, I fill out the form to get a new card.

Yeah...my Safeway was OOS on Skippy so I had to sub some salad dressing and olive oil for the PB, came out to $2 total. Cashier said something like, "That's a heck of a deal, isn't it?" I said, "Can't beat it with a stick!"

My wife and I got it last night.

Our Safeway had Ragu 2 for $3 and Peanut butter 2 for $4 so we broke even. Loving it, free food.
