40% fat 35% protein 25% carbs. with non processed/non messed with foods

anyone who don't exercise other than walking have this ratio? how is it working for you? This is assuming you intermittent fast

.let me change that ratio to 40% fat 45% protein 15% carbs.

Why the 45% protein if not exercising (assuming 2000kcal/day)? Why any carbs at all, since its not an essential nutrient?

Fat and carbs are fuel - intake should depend on how much energy you expend. Protein is a building block - intake should depend on how much tissue you want to grow or repair.

I do stand and walk, that's why i need the bit of carbs

40 pro
30 fat
30 carb..

but then again I am genetically enhanced and lift 7 days a week

I do 33/33/33, lift 3 days, soccer 1 day.

40/35/25 would be fine if you could actually stick to it.

Good luck with only 25% carbs though. That is a very tough task.

My current carb requirement on IIFYM is 19%. My brain says yes but the donut in my hand says no

Wow, 19%, why so low? You must be using the Low Carb plan.

I also do IIFYM, but mine is 35/34/32.
I rounded it out to 33/33/33 for simplicity.

The American diet has become so carb heavy, most people have no idea how many they are really eating.
My limit is 150/day. You can get that very quickly on the typical fast food/pre-packaged food American diet.
A bowl of cereal with milk gets you half way there.
