2.8 GHz at the stock voltage and cooling - that is amazing! I may have to pick me up one of these (too bad I'll be startinf college in the fall).

Can't wait to see some more benchies and OCing results. I hope this is a normal OC, and AMD isn't hand-selecting processors to send out. Why didn't they have a Winnie for comparison? They are replacing the winchesters, correct?

Edit: I might note that it wont say Venice anywhere on the box, after all it is just a different stepping.
So you have to look for the "BP" at the end of the top code line - who knows, there might be some out there already.
But NCIX.com is already calling them "venice" to separate these from the rest, but there are smaller dealers who might not even know yet.
