Well you'd need to qualify that statement to what you mean. Sadly, most that have to me are painting a picture that they are somehow above all law and others are subject to more than the law.

Well I would not be happy to see 30 dead young people for stealing snacks but it would be awesome if caning was allowed, say 4 strokes for everyone and 10 strokes if caught again, if nothing else they would not get off Scot free..
