What's it mean for warranty... 90 days up to 2 year? Is 90 the warranty for the surplus computers and 2 year for seagate?

The same oem drive at newegg has 5 years.. so not sure if it's because of oem.. it is also over $100 more at newegg though so this is a good deal.. I think I may purchase 1 or 2 of these.

In the event of an unlikely but possible error situation, the RE2 may not make every attempt to recover when operating on a regular controller as a standard SATA drive would..

That is referring to a WD drive. This is a Seagate.
