I haven't been too active here because I'm trying to build my squat back up, once it's close to 300 again I'll start posting updates.
I actually was not planning on hitting a PR on the deadlift, I did something to my back a couple of weeks ago and had only lifted lightly since, yesterday was my first day I was planning on lifting heavy, and I figured I'd have to reduce the weight, but 225 flew up no problem, so did 275, then 315, so I said WTF, threw on 365 for a single, switched out for the 4th wheel, and crushed it
