I got 8 wrong according to the site. I chose B, and the site says the answer is C. I've always heard you're not supposed to pass on the right...
8. You may pass on the right of another vehicle when:
A. When traveling on a multi-lane highway carrying two or more lanes of traffic in the same direction
B. The other vehicle is making or about to make a left turn, when a lane is provided to pass on the right
C. Both answers are correct
This is all I can find in the online drivers guide for my state:
Passing ? On a road with two lanes traveling in the same
direction, the left-hand lane is intended to be used for
passing slower vehicles. On roads with more than two
lanes traveling in the same direction, use the right lane
for slower speeds, the middle lanes for higher speeds,
and the left-hand lane for passing only. If you pass on the
right, the other driver may have difficulty seeing you and
might suddenly change lanes in front of you. Never pass
on the shoulder, whether it is paved or not. Other drivers
will never expect you to be there and may pull off the road
without looking.

Yeah, I got that one wrong too, the way I was taught, if you're considering passing on the right, that means some dick in the left lane needs to get the fuck over and out of the way.
I also missed the one with the blinking yellow, I chose the stop for cross traffic answer, interpreting it as stop for cross traffic rather than stop. cross traffic? go. as it was intended to be read, though I'm not really sure why, that didn't really even make sense now that I think about it...
I got an 80%, the other two I missed were the diamond sign (it's been a while since I have seen a yield sign, forgot it was a triangle...) and the one about the fog, I put high beams because it's typically what I do in heavy fog. I guess they just assume that no one turns them to low when other cars go by...
