You admit to failing the written test? Even if you passed it right after, the fact that you failed it at all shows you have to have serious brain damage (honestly, we had mentally retarded people at our high school pass the written test).

Goes to show you it depends on the questions you get... and fairly evident from this thread the wording matters too. I thought that was obvious by now.

I think it's very much like an A+ cert test. It's pretty easy but there will be questions in there that you need to crack a book for. Other thread proved many didn't know what they thought they knew.

I knew a girl who failed the written test something like 4 times... and they gave it to her verbally and she passed.
She just couldn't understand the questions when reading them. When taking it verbally, she was able to ask what they mean by a certain phrase, etc.

Then again, her dad took some CPA exam 5 times and failed every time.

But then again(again), it doesn't really matter. Her dad inherited around $10 mil from his father, and my friend inherited $1+ mil from him (her grandfather).
(Of course the grandfather had it in his will to put the funds in a trust and they both have to get permission from someone to access their own money, outside their monthly payment. The grandpa was a smart man and knew his progeny are retarded:laugh
