From reading resellerratings, it looks like returns may be a big issue with this company....

Hey fellas, look at all the picture from the various links in this thread. The Channel Well 420 look alot different the both the Antec 403 and 412x. From the picture and description it sounds more like a Enermax PSU (dual fans, switch, etc.) This doesn't look like the Antec product to me.

I'm in a similar situation as Lizardboy. I am about to build a system with the $69 Epox 8KHA+ and have a Antec 1030 case/antec 300w combo. I will be running a XP1800, CDRW, DVD, 2 HD, network card, Geforce3 Ti-200, sound card, and tv tuner card. Quite a load. For $48 and peace of mine I decided to order this. Hopefully it is as advertised and not BS.

The +5v and +12v rails add up to 245watts. I am currently using a Antec 300 watt which adds up to 160 watts for both rails. I think the newer 300 watt Antec is 180 watts on both rails and the 400 watt is at 245 watts like this one advertised. That's the only reason I ordered one. Should do the job and it's cheap.

Actually, if you look at the link I posted above to Channel Well's company web site, NONE of these pictures (especially the CWT-420 on the procase site) match the companies own picture. And NONE of the other pictures labelled as CWT-420's (amamax and procase) match each other. Also, this 420w PS isn't on AMD's official list, even though there are a couple CWTs on the list. Looking at the picture on Channel Well's official site, I'm not sure that this even has dual fans.

Has anyone called this Openlinx place yet?

As a matter of fact, the CWT-420 is the Antec PP412X! Or, to put things in a more logical context, the Antec power supply is a renamed CWT-420! This is a top notch unit and is respected by many even more so than the Enermax line.

I got a A1 power supply 400w AMD approved with P4 plugs from Openlinux for $37+$8 shipping last week! The thing in cad plated and the quality is just amazing! Dual fan too(I heard all AMD approved ones are dual fan)!

EDIT found a REVIEW on the 350 A1. doesn't look to bad.. but this guy ain't exactly forthcoming about voltages and watts.
