4K streaming not smooth in you tube..pls help me..!!

MY monitor is 1080 p..internet speed is very good...for 1080 p no lag/pretty smooth...but 4k streaming is no lag but not smooth..every 3 sec video become bit slow again become normal speed again become some slow...even if i paused to reduce buffering problem..after completing redline of streaming the video is not smooth..where is the problem actually..??

I don't think that card can handle 4K. Why are you streaming 4K video to a 1080p monitor anyways?

On top of that, why even try streaming 4K from Youtube when 1080p frequently isn't smooth from them even on systems and connections that can easily handle it?

But Matt's question is most relevant. You can't see 4K video on your monitor, so there's really no point trying to stream it at all.

You could open up task manager and see if the CPU is maxing out. But like others have said why are you trying to display 4K on a screen limited to 1080p?

I have a 20 Megabit connection and I am luck to get a 720 video to play without buffering.

I stream 1080p fine on my 45 and my 32 connections. I seriously do not see any problems.

dear Guys dont blame me on streaming a 4k video on 1080 p monitor...i felt awesome clarity while watching 4k in 1080 p..i meant a quality discussion only...
My internet speed is 20MBPS...using stc 4g router,Saudi..my youtube speed is pretty good in 4k videos..no buffering..about 1 sec only..but after doing complete redline in youtube my video is not smooth..some slow in every 3 sec..my ram is used 2.15 gb out of 4gb,cpu is 50-60% while watching a 4k youtube video alone in google chrome browser..
i just want to know wer will be the prob..??

I seriously doubt your video card can handle 4k. If you can pause the video and let YouTube's progress indicator get a little ahead, you should have smooth video. If you don't, it's your video card's fault. You can try uninstalling and the reinstalling adobe flash and update your codecs and video card drivers. That may help some. Also, you will see absolutely no difference in clarity between 1920x1080p and 3840 x 2160 while viewing on a 1080p monitor. It is physically impossibly. If you did, it would be a placebo effect or a poorly encoded 1080p version. In fact if anything you can lose quality due to putting a whooping on a low end card like that and then having it downscaled.

Thanks for your valuable reply...i played another video in 4k its 4k UHD..but cpu showed 95-100%,ram 2.83gb..same effect..this time more prominent..
may my i3 not capable streaming also graphics card is not good...but i can play well after downloading a 4k video..no problem at all...streaming is only prob...
May cpu need more threads and graphic power..ryt?? any one know gpu acceleration in browsers?..just to know only..
