It's critical that you pick a model with full 4:4:4 chroma at 4k60 and preferably a PC mode that eliminates any TV side sharpening, but as long as you do that (and of course have a video card that supports it) it works great.

At 40" I'd probably just buy a real monitor with DisplayPort inputs rather than dealing with the limitations of a TV but if you're set on a TV I'd look at these. At a cursory look they appear to do 4k60 at full chroma.
40 inch: Samsung UN40JU6500 (flat) or UN40JU6700 (curved)
43 inch: LG 43UF6400
