Depends on how the routing is setup at each remote site. You should be able to see in each branches' Sonicwall where the default route is pointing (0.0.0.0). If it's out to the local ISP, then only the DNS queries are going over the tunnel and all internet usage stays locally. If it's going to the tunnel, then everything is going through the tunnel.

The default LAN Gateway is pointing to 0.0.0.0

Again, assuming you do have the split tunnel in the VPN devices set correctly, this won't matter. If you don't then yes, all traffic for the net is landing @ you home site.

I am not seeing any split tunnel settings on a site to site VPN that option is only there for global VPN Client which I am not using.

I r confused

I am not really an expert with those firewalls but most offer some way to split traffic up (ie split tunneling) even with site to site VPNs. I think the RiverBeds can do this also as "reducing wan traffic" is their Mantra. The are a bit $$$ but they are awesome devices.
