In Orange County Register, there a coupon for
5 0ff 20 and 20 off 100.

YMMV for your local newspaper.
just in case if you dont' know what Biglots! is....
it used to be Pic 'N' Save. Now they call themselves Biglots!

Why did they change their name? Biglots! makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

I think Big Lots makes plenty of sence.. You ever notice that you see an item for sale there, then a week later it's gone forever? They buy buy lots of goods from companies that go out of business or are trying to get rid of some 'not so hot sellers', or sometimes some food items whose expiration date is getting close but the food is still good. These 'big lots' of items they buy and then resell, it's how their prices are so good. I love the store, not for everyday shopping but finding little things that I've never seen before or little things I wanted but didn't want to pay much for. It's a great store for whoever hasn't ever been to one!

Thanks, that helps me locate it in our local newspaper. The Sunday edition is always the biggest and messiest, always have ink on fingers after thumbing through it.

Right above the ad in his link it says:

"Ads can be enlarged, printed and emailed to a friend" and right above that it says "Click here to enlarge ad (Download PDF)".

I will see if my store will honor it.

Cool. Will have to give it a shot at lunch. Had my eye on a refurb gas trimmer they had. Never thought I would find lawn equipment at a Big Lots. By the way, the pdf prints out quite nicely, turns out a very legible full page ad. Hopefully it will work.

Worked like a charm. Used it at the Abrams Rd. location in Dallas today. Picked up a 4-stroke Ryobi trimmer with brushcutter attachment (refurb) 108.23 after tax and 20.00 coupon. This unit originally went for around $200-250 at Home Depot when they carried them.

I went to my local Big Lots in Summerville, SC (which is, BTW, the nicest Big Lots I have ever been in, as most are VERY ghetto), put $20 worth of stuff on the counter (including 2 packs of the Panasonic rechargables) and the cashier didn't know what to do with the coupon. The Asst. Manager didn't know what to do either. They told me to come back tomorrow when the manager was there. I think I'll try a more ghetto location later this week.

Went to biglots site just for the heck of it. They will show you any current ads for your area. This coupon ad didn't appear for me (near Seattle). I can see why it would be up to the store manager in that case.

Haven't been in BigLots since they changed their name; I got a good deal on Rubbermaid storage totes at PicNsave awhile back.

Big Lots has Laserline DVD storage racks at my local store for $9.99, it holds around 175 DVDs. Bought the rack and a bunch of rechargable batteries.

Big Lots has been here in the southeast for several years (maybe 8-10). I think all the "name changes" may be buyouts or mergers. I can see why, considering Big Lots is pretty much always a very busy store here in Chattanooga (3 locations). I used to be almost embarrassed to go in those stores (only fat women with 3 teeth and a cigarette hanging from their lips did). Now they carry a much better mix of items and I stroll in regularly to check on good deals (one is about a mile from my house- a nice one- I don't live in the ghetto )

Coupon, $5 off $20, worked today at the biglots in Woodridge, IL.
Picked up 4 packs of the panasonic rechargables. The girl ringing me up had no problem with the coupon. I told her to toss the rest of the page, instead she said she wanted it for the $20 of $100 coupon and put it in her pocket!
