50 Free albums from Xbox Music

I didn't know that what you wanted to know. What I haven't done yet is try to access the collection from the xbox cloud from another device. i don't have another win8 computer to check.

There is an android app for xbox music, but they make you sign up for the 30 xbox music trial to get access. That's crazy.

OK, I just found the link for the computer access, without having to try the xbox pass.

I checked and all the music I bought and downloaded there on their cloud.

SIGH... dammit so much, Microsoft seems to now be preventing anybody who doesn't have a pass from accessing their collections or even sign in to the Music app. The error they give is related to credit card access. The web isn't showing the collection now.

I have most of the music, but some tracks didn't download properly. I rebooted, now I'm stuck in "signing in" hell, which I'm positive is related to Microsoft requiring a Pass to access streaming and radio -even though it should have nothing to do with music added to your personal library.

OK, it let me log in on Windows 8.1, got everything downloaded except for 3 songs.

Now to buy some larger microSD cards for my music gadgets.

Damn... those are really good albums (not counting the pop crap) - including some essential EDM albums.

Wish I had gotten in before the switch up but I was able to log in and download all the albums I wanted from the newest lineup. But I have to say, when it comes to music, seems like I am just inundated with it because so much it given away for free.

Editted OP for the new set of 50 albums. There are a few repeats from the first set. Definitely not as good as the first round, but still a few decent selections.

More free albums are up: "Holiday Freebies: 100 Free Albums". Looks like ~11 new titles and 40 repeats added to the current 50 freebies. Also new are the "Must have 2014" and "Holiday Party" $1.99 selections.

Since day 1, I've only been able to download 7 albums. Everyday after I've tried "Get it Now" and then logging in (using my microsoft password), nothing happens??

Is there something I'm not doing right? or need to do?

Uhhh....how does this work? I am on the music deals app I click the album it sends me to the Microsoft Music app but I can't download anything. All I can do is listen to a sample of each song on the album.

EDIT: NVM US only and it says you need a subscription.

Looks like the free albums deals are gone... for now. Hopefully, Microsoft will give us a big finish for the holiday season with a slate of entirely new albums and maybe another crack at those $1.99 boxed sets.
