What really sucked was on Wed. I bought the same 50 pack for 11.99 after i showed him the price tag on shelf. I come back yesterday and the price tag is missing and I asked the guy how much is the 50 pack. He said that they were 15 bucks with a 10 dollar rebate :| I could have pulled my reciept out from the day before, but I did not feel like it. I dunno, maybe in spite I should go back and do it.

Yeah, I went in there today and there was no sticker :| $5 is -ok- but couldn't I just buy it online and get it for $3 less?

Plenty of 48X 50-pk spindles in my local Best Buy. Different packaging to the 24X w/c they were selling at the same price (same UPC, had the white screw cap). Rang up for $14.99+tax. Same price on-line. :frown:

can anyone please post their receipt from either CC, OM or Staples that shows they PM'd the BB after rebate price? Cuz the dickweed manager @ my local CC wouldn't PM... he said that it was a manufacturer MIR, not a BB one.

This is a little late (thanks go FINE customer service as usual at Adelphia!), but I went back last Saturday and got tow more of the 50-pack Fuji's and they were the newer packaging, 48x ones. They must've raised the price from $12 to $15 when the original 16x units were gone. Too bad. Both were rated at 40x, which is what my new TDK burner is (haven't figured out how to flash it to 48 yet), and I like the screw top case much better. But, still, $5 for 50 TY's is pretty good. Just have to remember to send the rebates in.
