it showed as 7.99 for me too. if there's an office depot near the tranny shop i might get some (even though i have 600 or so blank dvd's 16x+ memorex left lol)

I bought and returned the +R P16 a few weeks ago. They had really high PIF at parts of the disc. The 8X ones are probably better than the 16X, since they are older stock.

For those that don't want to bite on this one, I know there's going to be a buy one get one free deal for those 100 pks of TDK's at Costco sometime in August. Check their book special next time you're in there.

So $50 for 200 DVD's. Not quite as good a price but decent quality disks.

this is a little OT, but for some reason Nero will only let me burn the 16x +R discs at 4x ... does anyone know how to get by this and burn at 16x or 8x speed (i have a 16x nec burner) ?
