as for the price of the 5600U rev2... I would buy this before a 5600rev2. At least it will have good support for ps2.0...

That is just a plain lie. There is no proof that ati is cheating in its drivers from 3.6 and on, wheras nvidia just keeps trudging along with trileneir disabled in the drivers... I love it when video card makers have to remove features to increase score. nvidia has done this now at least twice. first with the displacement mapping and now with filtering.. They got wise to the game.exe trick where you just change the game executible now it is off for everything and the drivercode is now encrypted so tweakers can't turn it back on... GO NVIDIA!....
I hope they turn this around at least ATI realised there mistake and removed it.

So for this review we're stuck with UT2003 benchmarks and apparently there's been some "optimizations" going on in the drivers again. UT2003 is affected and we're told that the FX boards simply do not provide true trilinear filtering in all cases. This is unfortunate, not only for the users, but also for me as it puts me in a bad spot.
