heh, so last night my dumb ass grabbed the Sapphire while i was at work, last night. sold out during my shift. come home (after midnight EDT), and Asus was in stock. booo!

anywho, currently Powercolor 5870 is in stock at Newegg, $380.

as i post this the xfx hd5870 is in stock, and by god let me tell you i wanna pull the trigger. I have the money and then some. I just don't wanna jump on one cause I'm sure in a month the price will come down a little and there will be oc'ed variants available with better/different cooling and possibly 2gb.

My GTX 280 has plenty of grunt for everything but max crysis. I definately wanna play through Crysis and Warhead again with max settings and some AA with good frame rates.
