Less than $22 for 2GB is just crazy. I knew prices would be dropping, but this is well below the floor set back in May.

Call the rebate house if you want to confirm. I don't have any problem with those two retailers.

I just got the memory. My board takes ddr2 533 I put these in and the bios and win xp only count each stick as 512, yet whay I run pc wizard it shows 1 gb of micron memory in each of the slots? I tried each stick one at a time and each shows as 512 in the bios and in xp. When I use ddr in the other slots it is completely OK. I dont have any other ddr2 to test. any one know whats up with this I am stumped.

What brand/model is the mobo?

It may be that your mobo only support certain chip configuration, single sided or maybe just 512mb sticks for DDR2. Check out the manual to see what it says.

its an ecs p4m800pro v2, the manual shows max 4 gb of each, the sticks are single side chips.

Funky ECS BIOS. A BIOS update may help. That particular ECS board is a bastard...DDR/DDR2.
