Edit: The VIA chipset board is the ECS P4M800PRO-M(V2.0) with the
bios version: 07/05/25. There's a later bios version (070830), but that version
renders OSX unbootable, for some reason.
It's probably because it's high density memory. It's not really due to a chipset brand issue. More likely a chipset newness issue.
