5 were the missing from Jessica Lynch's group and the other two were the pilots of the downed Apache Helicopter.

Yes, it's tragic that Saddam has killed his people's children and it's a very good thing we were able to rescue POWs that were involved in an action to be sure that he cannot continue to do so.

Open your eyes!

Ask your self "Would we be doing this if Iraq were let's say one of the worlds largest rice producer instead of oil?"

If you have doubts then just ask yourself why is Castro still in power?

I smell a monkey ban.

CNN updates/corrections to the story:

The group of MIAs consisted of seven, not six. They were found along a roadside in Sammara. Iraqi soldiers (apparently enlisted, not officers) walked them up to the road. Two of the MIAs had gunshot wounds, two had limps, but otherwise all of them appeared to be healthy. There is no confirmation if this group was the seven known POWs or of the ten officially listed as MIAs.

And, it is this oil which is a resource to fund the terrorist network and eventually pave the way for Saddam reach out to his neighbors.

If Castro were to find a fuel for expansionism and we were to see evidence of that we would have to do something about that. Let's say Castro were to find a vast resource of gold in Cuba and he started building a navy and was actively seeking to deploy WMD on them. Would we sit back and wait until it was too late?

It is obvious you need to pick the battles that you can win.

North Korea, might well be a target, but is that a war worth fighting? You have a corrupt regime, but it is slowly starving and will one day be forced to become benevolent or starve.

NK hasn'y even been ABLE to get that reactor going again, lol. Maybe that's why they have told the US they would be open to multilateral talks now, yes, thast was the US's position. They would not pseak with NK alone, there had to be at least one other party involved, granted, this doesn't fit all the anti-US anti-Bush wacko theories of American Imperialism, but neither do any of the other facts.

Nice pic, that must have been taken in Basra when Iraqi troops were launching artillery and mortars into groups of civilians. Although she could have been one of those killed on that bridge, you remember that story don't you? A group of 1,000 woman and children trying to get out of Basra safely tried crossing a bridge that Iraqi forces controlled one side and the Coalition the other, they got about halfway across before two Iraqi military personnel opened fire on them with a machine gun. They were destroyed alomst immediately by zionist american pig dog forces, too bad they didn't give them enough time to kill them all right?

also, castro is still in power because the united states made a pact with russia that it would never again attempt a bay of pigs style invasion to remove castro from power in order to defuse the situation with the cuban missile crisis. if it werent for that pact made during the kennedy era, castro would be long gone.

No, the Kennedy administration made an agreement with the late Soviet Union not to invade Cuba. Those agreements, while no longer binding, will continue to be upheld.

Ok guys, here is a simple deal.
If gas prices don't drop, and the US doesn't get involved in more "preventive war" then I will eat my words and while I am at it eat my own feces.

Respect what others say, when respect is taken away freedom is not far from being taken away.

Respecting others is the true road to peace.
