Mine just got in today. No confirmation email. There wasn't even a receipt in the package!! Total worked out to this:
51.99
4.29 s/h (I'm in the Bay Area)
9.50 for Airborne Express
(btw, I'm assuming they charged the $4.29 for tax, since Lamart is located in Los Angeles. But, if they didn't, my shipping would've been $13.29... ouch)
I re-checked my order and it was definitely for ground. Oh well, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that EF will still refund the shipping charge.
Anyways, I've got Infineon chips on mine, rated 7.5 ns. Did a search on the infineon site and these seem to be chips for PC133 3-3-3 applications... Here's a link if anyone's interested:
Infineon 64M SDRAM product Guide
So, they >aren't< specified for CL2 apps. I'll test them when I get home, but I'm running a cel600@900, so the only thing I'll be able to confirm is that it runs at CL2 at 100 Mhz.
My roommate's expecting a P3/700 anyday now, so maybe I'll be able to start testing some higher frequencies...
But, the >possibly< good news is that the RAM-roundup at overclockin.com had a bunch of products that used similiar modules. Here's a link:
overclockin.com RAM roundup 2
Anyways, the differences in the modules range from an 8ns rating intead of 7.5 and a letter difference (BT instead of CT). On the test ram that was using Infineon BT-7.5's instead of CT-7.5's, that module hit 143 at CAS2 and 159 at CAS3.
Oh well, hope this helps. Hopefully someone with a real system (unlike mine) will be able to verify these chips.
