658 rushing yards and 10 TDs, however the field goal kicker must suck

McCoy piled up his yardage on just 29 carries -- an average of 22.7 yards per attempt -- and scored 10 touchdowns as Matewan beat Burch 64-0 on Friday. McCoy racked up 477 of his yards scoring on TD runs of runs, which covered 69, 1, 52, 56, 52, 20, 31, 84, 87 and 25 yards.
At least 6 missed PAT.

Not me. There is nothing as valuable as real game experience. Against good teams or bad teams, it is far better than against your own defense.

WTF..

That kid averages 345 yards per game, and has 26 touchdowns, so far on the year.

Have the defenses ever heard of stacking 8 in the box or what!!

I'm sure they do, but he probably is a beast and is behind a good O-line.

Thats true.. probably typical I-formation, get behind the fullback, and make the linebackers miss.. see ya!

Too subtle. They need a more drastic technique.

Sounds to me like they had NO defense!

Why? It's not his fault that the other team sucks.

Because as a coach, I would be utilizing my younger players to help them gain as others have noted, "game" experience. What good does it do to win a game by 64 points? Yes, win the game by 45+ but in the meantime build up your younger kids so that they gain invaluable "Game" experience for next year or the year after. You might win big for this game but what happens when this kid leaves or the awful happens and he gets hurt. Now you have no one coming up with "game" experience.

Do you win HUGE for today only to lose tomorrow or do you win BIG today AND tomorrow. I vote for the 2nd option.

Morally...who cares?

But that he might get injured, you have an opportunity to give backups and younger players real game experience. That's the reason I'd pull him...

Obviously this McCoy kid's a beast, but underneath it all, he's still got teenage bones.

Didn't you see Friday Night Lights?

The coach also has to look out for the future of his players. Recruiters dont want to see a recruit sit half the game.

I think they'd get the point after 4 touchdowns or so...

Guy didn't look that big in the video.

Anyway, I think the coach made the right decision. Nobody ever heard of this McCoy kid and now even a bunch of nerds on a message board forum are discussing him.

Yup...shoot the moon.

...Considering he's three or four years away from even thinking about getting paid for playing.
