My system is about par with yours. But obviously something is diffrent with our numbers. Photoshop perhaps? ;-p

I'm useing the normal drivers you can get from nVidia.com with the "high quality" setting in the drivers.

I don't have 3dmark03 installed so I only can post my 05 score.

I only get 5300 on 3DMark05. lol but my card 0wn5 j00 with AA/AF high res enabled

I used the beta 71.50 drivers and changed the Image settings in the performance and quailty section of the drivers to High performance, other than that no "special" changes. (AKA cheating compgeek89 style)
