I just picked one up at the microcenter in OP, KS. It came out to around $344 after tax. I believe the sale goes to 01/16, from what the add says at least.

well i ordered one... when i called the next day on the 4th they said they werent taking anymore orders. but it seems they opened it back up again for a little bit and then got about 250 more orders when they had non in stock lol...so i called again today, and im pretty sure you wont see this again during the ad unless they extend the ad which i hear they like to do. The reason they opened it up again is cause they got more back in but it was such a pitiful shipment it didnt make a dent...and evga isnt even giving them a clue to when they will get another shipment.

I guess I got lucky here in Kansas. When I went into the store, they told me they had seven of them in stock. I believe that was on the eleventh. Forgot to mention, I was talking about the GT's, not sure about the ultra's or X800's.

The sale will be extended, but it's looking doubtful whether they will get any high end vid cards back in stock (AGP or PCI-E). This per my neighbor who works at their corporate hdqtrs. which are located here in town ... being home of corporate, we have two stores here and they were wiped out right away.

i just got off the phone with my contact at microcenter.com. yesterday around 4pm they got a HUGE shipment of 6800gt's to cover the entire 400+ backorder list. They are shipping em out as quick as they can...they are even staying late through the weekend. which means maybe before this sale ends itll post back up on there site if they got anymore.

i just called cambridge MA, and they said that they didn't get any in this week. the guy i talked to said that they "hope" the sale will still be alive on monday and tuesday, when their next shipment gets in.

Went to the Houston microcenter and they've pretty much been cleaned out. The fastest nvidia cards left were 6600gt's in pci-e and for ATI a couple of AIW 9800pro's for 224. I did manage to pick up an open box return X800XT for 339+tax though.

Well, there was no special deal or whatever, I just had a guy look in back for a while for the mysterious "1 card in stock" that could never be found over the previous week. That program is ok, but i'd rather have 3dmark running in a huge loop. rthdribl also takes up a lot of the CPU power, however; you can still do other stuff as opposed to 3dmark.
