Been following this thread since it's inception and this is all becoming so outrageous, especially with the non availability and price-gouging. I just want to be able to use my FX-55 and 2GB RAM now! By the time these are readily available, my system will be today's equivalent of a 286! Now we have to buy some unwanted (probably not the brand or size you want either) and unnecessary (for those who buy their own PSU's - which is most of us) PSU in order to get these cards, which should have been out months ago and in great supply, at MSRP prices!! Oh well, 2x6600GT's (LeadTek), here I come. Hopefully this won't happen in another year with the NV50 (which I thought was supposed to support SLI or have some variant for that). This waiting finally broke me, and it's probably for the best that I spent the extra money on a better CPU and RAM to leave the VGA upgrade for down the road when they are in stock and not for much more than MSRP (which has usually not been the starting point for video cards that have enough supply at launch).
