Well I thought I would add that the BFG bundle that BFG forced on Chumbo was a scam. Yeah I'm happy I got one but the PS that was bundled is a Piece of Crap (as I expected I guess) it has a 15a 12v rail! (Why in heavens name would BFG pawn these with an SLI bundle?) Then the PS also have these short cables that I basically couldn't even use in my Lian-Li V1000 case. Oh well I didn't buy the bundle for the PS I bought it so I could get the card and I figured "Hey, maybe, just maybe the PS will be worth $100."
<sigh>
I ended up using a 20pin Antec 430W Truepower from my current system until I can decide on a better one for SLI.
I noticed a couple folks here bought the 2 pack. I bought the single. How was your experience with your PS included in the bundle?
I forgot to mention that it looked like the PS was dropped before it was packed at BFG! One of screw tabs was bent and folded inwards.

Doesn't it have 2 rails - each with 15 amps?

People could team up and split the bundle. The person who paid up front gets it shipped to them, and the the other person pays for their share plus the extra costs of shipping their share.

The power supply is crap.
Dual 12V rails for maximum power and stability - I don't think so Tim!
http://www.bfgtech.com/images/...pplyspecifications.pdf
Max 18A per rail, but that doesnt mean 18A + 18A = 36A its still only 18A
You are much better off with a single rail that can do 28A on its own
BFG are pulling a fast one to get rid of the crap power supplies.

If single rail is the way to go then why are MAJOR enthusiast vendors like Falcon Northwest and others using dual rail PSUs in their SLI systems? I would think these vendors would not want a lot of RMA's or tech calls because they didn't plan on supplying enough power in their systems. Those systems also rarely have ONE HD or ONE optical drive, they are usually LOADED. Also it seems that every PS that I've seen that is stamped SLI or geared for SLI is a dual rail 12v.

Are the 6800's the only SLI choices, or are there SLI cards available?
