I recently built a new computer and Im having some issues with its performance. I have everything listed below about what I built and I cannot figure out why I should not be seeing better numbers from my 6800GT. I ran 3dmark05 and cant get more than 2300 with my video card overclocked to 423/1.12. Even using the old version of 3dmark I cannot get the high numbers I see others get. Im using the most current non beta drivers for everything. I just dowloaded and reinstalled them last night thinking maybe that was the problem. So I donwloaded my video, chipset, sound card, and raid drivers. Didnt seem to do any good. Also Im basing my performance on Doom 3, Counter Strike Source, and the online database that futuremark keeps. Im looking for suggestions and things to try to help my video performance. I havent looked into it much more than what Ive said above and Im posting here on a friends suggestion as a place to look for more info. So any help would be appreaciated. If you have any questions or if I left something out you would like to know please ask and Ill respond as soon as I can.
