I tend to agree. It's one mighty coincidence that a dual-BIOS switch was implemented (practically unheard of on a GPU, outside of exotic non-reference overclocked parts), and now suddenly 6850s are being flashed with basically 100% success rates. And if something goes wrong, just flip the switch and youre as good as new.I have a really hard time believing that AMD did not see this coming... Pretty sure that little lever switch was designed for this type of thing... Oh well, I guess we will never know unless AMD comes clean.
Like I said, way too much of a coincidence to think its accidental.
