The teams will be finalized later during the race. The first part is to get everyone racing and competeing, before the second part I'll balance the teams more even and I'll not allow ány changes ... and we finish it off.

I am in the race too even as I scale back the MalariaControl engagement. I had gotten up to 9th Individual on that effort...

BOINC manager has me spoiled... silly F@H client(s) and more of a PITA on Ubuntu. Oh well, -smp FTW as my stable of GPU enabled crunchers is limited.

Bah, I'm going to sit out the F@H race, sorry folks. Still crunching with a couple of quad-cores on Correlizer though, so I'll help the TeAm keep its lead in that.

Well, my 6570 just got in on the race - the beta 7 client was easy peasy and much closer to what I expected for a client after using the BOINC Manager.

The GTS 250 is running, now the 6570. Over the weekend I'll be adding a GT 240 and I think that'll be about it for me - it seems like GPU's are the way to go for this race.

That said, I did basically buy the 6570 for the race ($40 AMIR) It will be interesting to see how its stands up in PPD versus the other two cards. It is the most expensive - the 240 was $20 AMIR from Amazon and the GTS 250 was B-stock from EVGA and $36. The GTS 250 did seem to get some pretty good PPD over on PrimeGrid...

I tried the v7 client once and it was never able to get wu's for me.
Maybe I will give it another shot.
