7900 GT - Aftermarket Cooling

Anyone know what a good fan heatsink combo would work well for my 7900 gt?

It Depends on how much you're looking to spend. You can basically get a Thermalright V1 Ultra for $12+.

zalman vf-900. Excellent, efficient cooler.

Zalman VF-900 is good, Thermalright HR-03 is better since you can run it passive. Although if you're looking to oc to GTX speeds, you can add a 92mm fan.

I have the Zalman Fatal1ty (with red LED) on my 7950GT and I used to have a VF-900...

The Fatal1ty gets better temperatures but is slightly louder at stock than the VF-900, although it can easily be controlled by any fan controller. Both would be up to the job I would imagine.

I agree on the Thermalright HR-03, mainly suggested the vf-900 because of his response to the V1 "That thing is huge!"
