Hi, i'm upgrading my system and first thing i'm planning on getting is a new video card
i've narrowed my choices down to 2, i can either get 2x 7900gs KO's and a mainboard with 2x 16x PCIe slots, or a 1900xt or even the 1900xtx (basically a oc'd xt but the prices have dropped so quickly!) and a mainboard with 1 PCI 16x slot
according to these reviews, where one can deduce the performance of the SLi setup versus the 1900xt and xtx, the SLi setup is the quickest, AT THIS POINT IN TIME, with games like FEAR and FARCRY HDR (keep in mind my 7900gs are the KO ones that are slightly faster too)

surprisingly i can get a 1900xtx for $10 cheaper than 2x 7900gs's, and in the end (cos of the mobo) the SLi solution will ad $70 to my expenses, but at this point in time i feel it's worth it, and besides, i finally get to have an SLi system!
my dilemma, though, is not with the games available at the moment but rather with the games heading our way in the future (at least for the next year), will my SLi setup hold its advantage over the 1900xt/x setup or will the particular features of the ATI cards outperform the SLi setup in coming games?
and good advice will be appreciated
