Fully loaded XPS 1330 with everything tricked out... $799 off

E-Value Code: 6V610-DYCWTS1

This deal all all the high end stuff preselected and pretty much doesn't let you downgrade. The only thing not selected is the SSD and 4GB of RAM. It has 3GB of RAM and the 250GBB 5200RPM drive as the "lowest" end you can choose. It's lowest option is 3 years warranty. LOL.

It's hot, but only if you want the highest options for your XPS 1330.

And yeah, no XP... only Vista.

PS: Make sure you select the Black case to save $25.

LOL, same here. I priced it out and was trying to figure out why it wasn't $799.

If you want to make this a really good deal, you can also get 8% off and 10% off (stackable).

First, go through this link to the Dell page to get 8% off at checkout (automatic):
http://configure.us.dell.com/d...J&cid=24471&lid=566643

Then, go to this link to get a 10% off coupon (via email):
<a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="https://holidaycoupon.dellsavings.com/welcome.html"><a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="https://holidaycoupon.dellsavings.com/welcome.html">https://holidaycoupon.de.........m/welcome.html</a></a>

I'm thinking about buying one now.

I was lucky enough to stack my EPP 12% off and then a 10% holiday coupon. I saved a little over $1000, including the 4 year warranty and accidental insurance.

Which would actually be faster? The 160 gig 7200rpm or the 250 gig at 5400rpm? I think I saw a review one time where the 250 gig was about the same performance since the tracks were smaller on the drive and hence faster......but im not sure.

How long do the coupons usually last? I can't get the lappy until about February and this deal is the best I've seen on the internet. Even if all this stuff is gone by then I hope Dell does this 799 off thing often so I can really get a powerful laptop like this.

Debating doing the same thing. 12% epp and 10% extra discount on top of the 799. Dont really need.... but tempting....

those 2 links from azo expire on the 24th, which is thursday. I mean, you're getting this on a credit card, so you'd pay in february maybe???

the 799 deal ends on the 31st according to the link.

ANd yes, they stack, unless dell cancels my order :E

However, if you use your Dell preferred card, you can get it financed with 0% until 2009. You'll just have the minimum payment each month; that's around ~$40-45 depending on how you configure.

My total after taxes is $1230 (with all the stackable coupons). Intel C2D T7500 2.2 ghz cpu, LED LCD (don't know the size), 3 GB Ram, 250gb 5400rpm HD, 8400M GS 128mb video.

Would these others be better deals?
http://www.newegg.com/Product/...x?Item=N82E16834115410 $865 after shipping (no taxes) for Acer/ AMD Turion 64 X2 TL-58 1.9 ghz, 17" widescreen XGA+ LCD, 2GB Ram, 160gb 5400rpm HD, 8400M G 256mb video.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/...x?Item=N82E16834220202 $995 after shipping (no taxes) for Asus/ AMD Turion 64 X2 TL-60 2ghz, 15.4" widescreen XGA LCD, 2GB Ram, 160GB 5400rpm HD, ATI Radeon HD 2600 256mb video

But the Dell has the LED screen... Also a longer warranty. I don't care much for vista & will be installing XP... hmm, tough decision.
