I could easily have validated this result. And the result is entirely fake. It is not photoshopped. It is simply a mix of programs/hardware influencing one another.
So the lesson is, never trust software 100%, even when they use validation and anticheat methods.
The CPU in question is running at stock speed and certainly not 7Ghz. The mix of hardware, XTU, CPU-Z and Prime95 gave this 7Ghz result.
