80G Seagate for $49 at FRY's

Frys in City of Industry ran out of these drives or they were hiding them from me. Man I wanted another one and go RAID. Oh well, It takes forever for Seagate to send you the rebate. Last time I bought it with a rebate it took about 5 months before i got my rebate back.

but Frys ads for California are posted on

Orange County Register
(top left corner of the websites you will find a link for the ads)

They are usually very very close for all regions.

The rebate form asks for the "Retail Kit Model #". Is it ST280021A-RK or 9T6026-337?

Hopefully, I'm correct in assuming that the rebate receipt is the top part of the rebate form, and that by "original sales receipt" they simply mean mailing in this integrated rebate receipt and form.
I have 3 items purchased from Fry's (including this Seagate drive) that all ask for the "original sales receipt".

I mulled that over for a while and sent the original but I scanned it and made a copy to keep for myself.

I can't beleive they actually want the original receipt but I wasn't going to chance having the rebate shot down because I didn't follow their requirements to the effing letter.
