Somebody shoot me! I just ordered one here in Chicago. One store was out of stock but I changed to another store and scored one! Of course got charged tax cuz it's local pickup. After rebate I'll have it for $77 and some change.

There goes some of my savings for an new AIW. curse these deals!

Yesterday when I bought mine at my local OD, I told the manager that a co-worker wanted one if they were in stock. I brought the obliging co-worker in today and the same manager was there. Luckily there was still one on the shelf. Not now. The manager didn't even ask, once she saw me she told the service desk to honor the coupon. I'll run the second rebate through the co-workers address.
Raid here I come!!!

Recently I ran Quake2 on my machine @ 1024x768 and got 380 fps and I only have a XP 1600+ w/ Gf4200. That is before raid and overclocking my cpu/video card. Now maybe 450~500? I remember getting excited about 45 fps.

My how times change...

Looks like this is a No-Go for Hawaii. 80 Gig shows $139.84 on the web & not listed in the OD ad. Dang it. We never get any good deals here.

I went ahead and tried ordering this through the site with the $20 off $75 coupon and it told me that the local store was out of stock. I tried changing the zipcode to match the downtown or valley's location here in Spokane and it wouldn't allow me to do it that way. On a limb I called the downtown store and gave them the item #, and she said she had them in stock. I told her I tried to do a pickup order from the site and was wanting to use the coupon, and she had no clue how to order that way on their site. She looked abit and then told me to come down to the store and she'd honor it. Went down with the referall id to their site, she didn't even bother checking it out, and let me have it out the door for $108.53. So after rebate $68.53. Not too shabby

Dunno if it will work for any of you, but worth a try.

I am looking at the OD B&M ad for this week, and the drive is there. Can I take this ad into, say CC and get them to pricematch with the rebate? Or, call Staples and get a pricematch?

Well I tried online, said oos at both locations but a couple of
phone calls produced 6, 3 at each store. Well only 2 a one of
the stores know. Had no problem with online code just gave
them the number. Know I've got to score 1 more.
