80gig raptor or WD 640gig AAK drive for OS

I have a 10,000rpm raptor and a 640gig dual platter Western Digital AAK hard drive. Which would be the fastest for my Windows 7 installation?

I have Win7 running on my Raptor, but if you have nothing on either drive already it might be good just to try it on both. See if you can see or feel any difference on your own.

I'd use the raptor for os and program installations only and the 640 one for storage.
Raptor seek times should make the os more responcive. Which raptor version is it older with two platers or newer with one?
